The agreement between the parties is valid from the moment of booking only if this is made in writing (CC Art.1326), and is finalised, i.e. becomes binding, when the customer sends the deposit, tacitly accepting the proposal of the establishment (price and conditions).
The prices shown in the price list are per day per room and include VAT. When a minimum and maximum price is indicated, this applies depending on the season, the type of room, its exposure, the number of people occupying it and the length of stay. Guests can choose from the following options:
The deposit constitutes documentary proof of confirmation of the booking. This is confirmatory for the hotelier and penal for the customer. Consequently, in the event of cancellation of the booking up to 11 days before arrival: free cancellation.
In the last 10 days or in case of no-show: the deposit will not be refunded.
Early departure: the customer is required to pay 100% of the total cost of the stay, in addition to the services consumed.
Some rooms are located on the first floor, accessible via thirty steps. There is no elevator. Guests are kindly asked to specify if they prefer or need to stay on the ground floor (ten steps at the hotel entrance; a stairlift is also available for wheelchair users).
The term “SEA VIEW” is used when the room has windows from which the sea can be seen: this may be a frontal or partial sea view. No room at Hotel Premuda has a private balcony. A sun terrace with sun loungers is available for guests. This terrace is located on the first floor.
Rooms are available to guests from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival (check-in) until 10:00 am on the day of departure (check-out). By prior arrangement with the Reception and subject to availability, a Late check-out can be arranged at an additional cost.
Included with the room reservation is one free unattended parking space. These parking spaces are outdoors, uncovered, within the hotel premises. Like the room, the parking space must be vacated by 10:00 am. Guests checking in are kindly requested to arrive at the property after 11:00 am; otherwise, parking cannot be guaranteed.
The beach service at BAGNI PREMUDA, located in front of the hotel, is included in the room rates from May 1st to September 30th. For each room, the use of one beach umbrella and two sun loungers is free of charge from the day of arrival until the day BEFORE departure. The first row, additional sun loungers and/or umbrellas, and the umbrella on the day of departure are available at an extra charge, subject to availability.
Hotel Premuda and its in-house restaurant Terrazza21 are located directly on the beach, with no need to cross public roads, accessible via a staircase from the restaurant terrace (twelve steps).
The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, offers our resident guests a 10% discount on the à la carte service. Reservations are recommended.
Half-board dinner is served in the cozy indoor dining room of the Terrazza21 restaurant and consists of two courses and a dessert or fruit (drinks not included); please inform us of any allergies or special requirements.
During high season, the bar is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hotel Premuda also has two parking spaces, located outdoors in a fenced parking area a few minutes from the hotel, available at an additional cost (€15 per day) and bookable subject to availability at the Reception. Access to the parking areas is regulated by numeric codes, which will be provided by the Reception upon request.
Guests have access to two electric vehicle charging stations. Service available by reservation and at an additional cost.
Some bicycles are available to guests free of charge, subject to availability. A chain with a lock will be provided with the bicycle rental; the guest will be responsible for the bicycle. Any incident, damage or injury resulting from the circulation and use of the bicycle is attributable solely to the user. The guest is therefore responsible for any damage caused during use to themselves, third parties, property, the bicycle and/or equipment.
Only small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed on the premises, with a supplement of €10.00 per day per room. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel if bringing pets; the hotel does not provide bowls, beds or absorbent pads.
Pets are allowed in guest rooms and all common areas of the hotel except for the private beach and must always be kept on a leash both inside the property and in the surrounding outdoor areas.
The tourist tax is not included in the rates and amounts to €1.50 per person per night, applied for a maximum of 5 consecutive overnight stays. The following exemptions apply: a) minors who are under 12 years of age; b) individuals undergoing rehabilitation therapies and those assisting hospitalized patients at healthcare facilities located within the municipality or the Province of Savona, limited to one companion per patient; c) persons with disabilities and non-self-sufficient persons, provided that such conditions are certified in accordance with the applicable regional and/or national regulations of the country of origin, and one accompanying person.
