Andrea Bonazza is a Chef with over 25 years of experience gained within the Ligurian gastronomic landscape. His professional journey, which began in Savona in 2000, has constantly evolved to reach roles of high responsibility and leadership.

Today, Andrea combines the mastery of traditional cuisine with continuous research and technical innovation, transforming prime ingredients into modern, authentic, and high-quality culinary experiences.
