Andrea Bonazza, a chef originally from Milan with thirty years of experience, has brought his cuisine to various parts of the world, including Spain, France, the United States, and other European cities such as Bilbao and Malaga.

With a degree in Food Chemistry earned in Boston, Barezzani combines tradition and innovation, highlighting local products and creating unique dishes. He now brings his expertise to Terrazza21 in Spotorno, offering cuisine that reflects the region with a modern touch.
